The City of Williamsburg Department of Public Works, hereafter known as the City, is seeking bids from
contractors for the demolition of an attached office structure, renovations to existing bathroom facilities inside
the main structure, and installing a canopy and concrete sidewalk located at 202 Quarterpath Road,
Williamsburg, VA 23185.

Bid Bond - Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5 %) of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid.

project will be accepted up to five (5) business days prior to the closing date; it is the City’s discretion to respond
