The City of Williamsburg Fire and Police Departments are seeking quotations for occupational health services. Specific information and detailed requests for information and quotations are outlined below, specific to each department. Potential vendors should be aware that depending upon respondents and criteria, it is possible to split this award between a vendor who provides pre-employment physicals, occupational physician consultation and guidance, and infectious control direction and consultation; and another vendor who provides annual physicals. The vendor who is awarded occupational health services should be able to attend in person, necessary hearings and/or meetings regarding fit for duty of employees and be available to consult with and meet with the Fire Chief, Police Chief, City Attorney, and any other identified City Staff.
