| The intent of this Invitation for Bid is to select one vendor in order to purchase front load containers to be utilized by the City of Suffolk?s Department of Public Works, and all other departments that may have a requirement, on an ?as needed basis? during the contract period | |||

| The contract shall cover the period beginning February 1, 2023 and continuing through January 31, 2024. The City reserves the option to renew the agreement for two (2) additional one-year periods ending January 31, 2026. Unless notified in writing thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date, the contract will automatically renew during these periods. | |||
