| The intent of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to hire a firm to provide Creative Marketing and Design Services for the Economic Development Department, Tourism Division and other various City departments. | |||

| The contract shall cover the period from date of award through April 30, 2024. This contract may be renewed based on the terms and conditions at the expiration of its term by mutual agreement of the contractor and the City. The City reserves the option to renew this agreement for four (4) additional one-year periods ending April 30, 2028. Unless notified in writing thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date, the contract will automatically renew during these periods. | |||
