Sealed Bids, subject to the plans and specifications will be received in the City of Colonial Heights VA Finance/Purchasing Department, City Hall -, 201 James Avenue 1st Floor, Colonial Heights VA, until but no later than 2:00 PM EDT March 18, 2024 for the Middle School Sidewalk Project.

There will be a pre-bid meeting on Monday, March 4 2024 at 10:00 AM EDT in Council Chambers, 201 James Avenue - 1st Floor, Colonial Heights VA .

The project consists of installation of new sidewalks and ADA facilities along Elko Avenue and conduit Road.

The project limits will start at the intersection of Center Avenue and Elko Avenue north to a point south of E. Westover Avenue and at the Bus Loop at Conduit Road.

The Middle School Sidewalks project, consists of installation of new pedestrian facilities including, but not limited to: Curb and Gutter, Sidewalk, ADA Ramps and Driveway Entrances

There will be a 1% DBE Goal for this project.

All work to be completed for this project not later than sixty five (65) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is give by the City.
