An optional Prebid conference will be held on March 25, 2024, at 11:00 am at the at Smith Aquatic and Fitness Center, 1000 Cherry Avenue, 1:00 pm Tonsler Recreation Center, 500 Cherry Avenue, 2:00 pm at Carver Recreation Center, which is in the Jefferson School Complex, 233 4th Street NW, and 3:00 pm at Key Recreation Center, 800 E. Market Street, and Pen Park 1300 Pen Park Road. If special ADA accommodations are needed, please contact Avery Watkins at 434-970-3354 by 3:30 pm on March 25, 2024.
