This is not a request for quote, THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT/REQUEST FOR ESTIMATE which the governmet intents to use for market research, planning, and budgetary purposes.





After market research, the Government intends to Award a Firm Fixed Price FFP order using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures.





Supply needed:




  1. QTY. 4 540 Connection (Broco Cyl)

  2. Gauges

  3. 120V/60HZ/Single Phase Motor

  4. 3,500 PSI Max

  5. Oxygen Regulator to control booster flow rate when inlet pressure is high to control outlet flow rate of booster pump.

  6. Simple to operate.

  7. Fills oxygen cylinders to near ambient temperatures.

  8. Option to fill 1 or up to 4 cylinders at one time.

  9. Ability to adjust an automatic shut off at desired fill pressure.

  10. Low noise signature.

  11. Self-contained unit that does not require assembly or disassembly after each use.

  12. Ability to shut off inlet and outlet sides at the unit.

  13. Fitted with four CGA-540 oxygen whips on a single manifold.

  14. Maintains a fill rate of 200-250psi per minute.

  15. Simple on/off operation and overall ease of use.
