Industry Day Notice: Fort Belvoir Community Hospital Family Health Centers (FHC)



The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is hosting an in-person and teleconference FHC Industry Day for interested vendors on October 28, 2022. The DHA FHC leadership team plan to present FHC material, discuss programmatic details, and receive Industry feedback.



FHC Background: The Family Health Centers are part of the Fort Belvoir Community Hospital (FBCH) operate as extensions of FBCH and serve as feeder clinics for the inpatient services provided at FBCH and Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC). They also promote Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs in their Specialty Care clinics.



The current total number of FHC enrollees is approximately 50,000 beneficiaries. The contractor shall provide medical, clinical, and administrative services to support an ambulatory/primary care program for the treatment of authorized military beneficiaries with acute and chronic care conditions. The contractor shall provide all facilities, facility maintenance, management, staffing, supplies, and equipment (other than Government furnished) necessary to support the provisions of services. Informatics support and maintenance shall be the responsibility of the Government.



In-person location: National Museum of the United States Army, 1775 Liberty Drive, Fort Belvoir, VA.

A company may attend in-person and have other representatives attend virtually if desired but all attendees must RSVP.
