The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department,Norfolk VA 23511-3392, intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced Contract for Portable Toilets and Hand Wash Stations in support of NAVELSG. The policies and procedures of FAR PART 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures will be utilized.
