This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information in this notice. The VA Healthcare Center Butler, PA has a requirement for Chiropractic Tables as per the attached RFQ document. All items will be delivered to the facility located at 325 New Castle Road, Butler, PA 16001. All communications regarding quotes, questions, etc., shall be submitted by email to Ron Kline (ronald.kline@va.gov) no later than 1:00 PM, EST on Wednesday, May 17, 2023. Phone calls will not be accepted. Quotes are due by email only no later than 12:00 noon, EST, on Thursday, May 18, 2023.
