Pre-Solicitation Notice



Solicitation Number: W91QV1-23-R-0047





The Mission & Installation Contracting Command Fort Belvoir (MICC-FB), 9410 Jackson Loop, Ft Belvoir, VA 22060, in support of the 3rd US Infantry Regiment intends to issue a solicitation to award a single, fixed-priced Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a twelve (12) month base and four (4) 12-month ordering periods for Cassion Platoon Horses. This requirement will be set-aside for Small Business vendors. The estimated Period of Performance is 20 June 2023 through 19 June 2028. The anticipated posting of the solicitation will be posted on or about 18 May 2023.



All Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer.



Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring http://www.sam.gov for release of the solicitation package and any amendments.



No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the site regularly for any updates/amendments to this solicitation.



The NAICS code for this requirement is 112920, Horses and Other Equine Production. The small business size standard is $2.75 million.



The anticipated closing date for this solicitation will be on or about 25 May 2023 at 2:00 PM Local Time, Fort Belvoir, VA.
