Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Contract



United States Coast Guard Surface Force Logistics Center (USCG-SFLC), Norfolk, VA intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Sole Source contract to Quantum Marine Engineering, Inc. under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 6.302-1, 6.303-2 and 6.304. This special notice of intent to award is posted to www.betasam in accordance with FAR Part 5.002. Purchase order terms and conditions will be IAW FAR 2.212-4 and the applicable clauses of FAR 52.212-4. Only one source is reasonably available. Quantum Marine Stabilizer is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Per FAR 6.302-1, USCG Surface Force Logistics Center located in Norfolk, Virginia intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order for miscellaneous Fin Stabilizer Repair Parts.



This notice is published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes. This notice will not be extended, or the award delayed for a vendor to submit their quote for capability or for registration in www.betasam.gov.
