Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Agilent Technologies for Cary 60 UV-VIS spectrophotometer systems by using brand name per (FAR) 13.106-1 (b) (1). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.207 (c) (16) (ii), vendors that feel

they can provide the systems necessary to support and meet the Government’s requirement, may submit a capability statement which will be considered by agency.





Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above to robert.j.radke@dea.gov and be received by the archive date of this notice.





A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(c), the Sole
