In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), “Soliciting from a Single Source”, the Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), located in 6501 East 11 Mile Road, Warren, Ml 48397, intends to award a 12-month Base Year and four (4) 12-month Option Years contract to: Orpheo USA Corporation (Orpheo), UEI: GU3RPYCN6XJ3

This action is to support the National Museum of the United States Army (NMUSA) for the procurement of audio tour efforts on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The contractor shall provide maintenance support for current hardware, purchase additional hardware, produce additional audio tour content, and translate the audio tour into additional languages such as French, Spanish, and Mandarin. Key requirements included the ability to buy the hardware (versus leasing), ongoing maintenance support, and the ability to support key accessibility features. While it is the Government’s intent to award this requirement on a sole source basis, that does not preclude interested parties from submitting a response/proposal with a capabilities statement for consideration.
