Headquarters, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to conduct research related to the future battlespace and warfare and to generate a report outlining the evolving characteristics of warfare and battlespace for discussion with the FOE project team. The contractor must have a background of proven previous performance in conducting strategic military analysis.
