The purpose of this Special Notice is to request industry comments on the DRAFT Request For Proposals (RFP) 70T01023R7670N018 for TSA's Leadership Institute Requirement. A single award Indefinite Deliver Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) is anticipated for this requirement to an Institute of Higher Education (IHE) i.e. College or University. This special notice is not a Request for Proposals. The intent of this notice is to post the DRAFT solicitation at SAM.gov and seek industry review and comments. No Government response to comments will be provided. Industry comments and recommended changes will be incorporated if they improve the final solicitation, when ready, to reduce ambiguity and increase clarity. The official RFP is anticipated to be released sometime during February 2023. See attached DRAFT RFP and Attachments 1-10.
