The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, brand name, firm fixed price contract with Roland DGA Corporation Address: 15363 Barranca Parkway, Irvine, California 92618 and SA International (Sai) Address: 5531 Cannes Cir #703, Sarasota, FL 34231 and their authorized resellers for the Facilities Maintenance Unit [FMU]. This is in support of existing Roland products that are proprietary to the FMU office. Therefore, Roland DGA & SA International are the only Brands capable of fulfilling the requirements of the FBI.

This notice will be distributed solely through the U.S. General Services Administration’s beta.sam.gov website (www.beta.sam.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the beta.sam.gov website to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Vendors must be registered in SAM, effective July 29, 2012, to receive government contracts. The FBI uses a financial system that has a direct interface with SAM. Please ensure that your company’s SAM information is updated and accurate. This includes TIN, EFT, UEI, addresses and contact information. The EFT banking information on file in SAM will be what the FBI uses to process payment to your organization.
