Description
STATEMENT OF WORK

FUEL STORAGE TANK TRAILER

1. Salient Characteristics:
Unit overall length 19 -6 by 7 -2 wide, 51 ½ high and weighs 3,900 pounds EMP

1,000-gallon double wall furniture quality pickled and oiled carbon steel constructed fuel storage tank
Must be mounted to a NON-DOT rated trailer.
Tank must be white, and trailer must be black
Tank is tig welded and removable from the trailer
Must include 4 x 4 x 4 bottom sump drain

Trailer must be dual axle straight frame 12,000 GVW (minimum) without brakes (wheel chocks provided) and pneumatic tires along with a deck mounted 12-volt DC pump rated at 8 GPM (at the nozzle) with 25 of 1 hose to be stored on a deck spring retractable hose reel. And equipped with 3 pintle eye.

Pump must have a resettable meter, filter and nozzle is auto shut-off

Tank equipment must include mechanical type level gauge, normal vents on both primary and secondary containment, emergency pressure relief vents on both primary and secondary containment and 50 static discharge
2. Delivery: Delivery shall be made to the Huntington WV VA Medical Center: 1540 Spring Valley Dr. Huntington, WV. 25704.
3. Period of Performance: Device shall be delivered in 60 days from receipt of order
4. Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Priced Contract
5. Evaluation Factors: Salient characteristics, Price, Letter of Authorization to distribute.
