The objective of this posting is to provide the Government's written n otice of its intent of informing industry of modifying an existing task order issued to Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) pursuant to FAR 16.505(b)(2); Only one source can provide the supplies or serivces at the level or quality because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialilzed. CBP intends to modifify an existing task order, Integrated Traveler Initiative (ITI) #70B04C21F00001386, that is scheduled to expire January 31, 2023 and to procure continued services on a sole sourced basis.
