February 15, 2024: Draft RFP is expected to be posted on this notice around late February or early March. You would have opportunity to post questions and comments once draft RFP has been posted. You'll also have chance to submit questions after solicitation issuance, which is now expected to be end of March. Thank you.

This pre-solicitation notice is for requirement of Integrated Electronic Security Systems (IESS) and Electronic Key Control (EKC) Systems Support Services.





This acquisition is set-aside for 100% small businesses. Based on RFI#2 responses review, there is a reasonable expectation of two or more small business competition to meet this requirement.



The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561621 and small business size standard is $25 Million. Anticipate multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts to be awarded for this acquisition. Resulting task orders will be firm-fixed price awards.





Solicitation number is SP4703-24-R-0004 and expect to be posted to SAM.gov on or around February 5, 2024. Refer to draft PWS attached for details of the requirement.
