HQ Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT) has issued a Request for Informaton (RFI) to discover that which is immediately available, the art-of-the-possible, and state-of-the-art with respect to systems, products, services, technology, and methodologies in the area of Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Functional Services (FS), so as to support NATO Governance decision-making on Common Funded Capability Development.

The RFI is attached. HQ SACT’s reference for this RFI is RFI-ACT-SACT-23-36, and all correspondence and submissions concerning the RFI should include this reference.

Do NOT submit your RFI response to the Department of Commerce. Responses to this RFI must be sent via email to the Points of Contact listed in the RFI. Responses must be received by 23:59 hours, 28 April 2023, EDT.

The purpose of the RFI is to involve industry, the NATO nations, and academia in an examination of current and future capabilities related to CBRN FS. HQ SACT has not made a commitment to procure any of the systems, products, services, or technology described in the RFI, and release of the RFI shall not be construed as such a commitment, nor as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement will be required or sought. Further, respondents are advised that HQ SACT will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in responding to the RFI. The costs for responding to the RFI shall be borne solely by the responding party. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any subsequent Request for Proposal, if issued in the future.
