Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, supplies, and perform all work required for herbicide treatments targeting non-native invasive trees by:

• Broadcast directed spray to Mile a Minute vine, in accordance with the specifications and provisions of the contract (All areas).

• No herbicides shall be applied in a Unit until the COR and Contractor walk the unit to discuss resource protection measures.

The Government will furnish no materials, labor, or equipment unless specifically identified in the Government-furnished property clause.

The contract area is within the boundaries of the George Washington and Jefferson National Forests, North Zone in Hardy Co., WV.
