Description

The purpose of this procurement is to acquire the software licensing and maintenance services required for the continued operations and services of Video Teleconferencing (VTC) to the FEMA Video Operations Center (VOC) infrastructure, currently provided by Poly/HP Clariti solution. FEMA’s Office of Chief Information Officers, Division of Data Network Services VOC requires licensing and vendor support of the Poly/HP infrastructure. This infrastructure supports Video Teleconferencing services to enable VTC communications at an enterprise level.

The primary objectives of this procurement include:

  1. Security – Equipment patching. The ability to perform routine patching ensuring all equipment meets all Federal, DHS, and FEMA security requirements, is much simpler from a centralized solution as opposed to equipment deployed to each conference room across the agency.

  2. Mission Support – Meet ongoing demand for various collaborations via Video Teleconferencing, including interoperability with other collaboration tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Connect, etc..

  3. Management – Ongoing maintenance of the infrastructure to ensure service uptime meets the mission needs for video communication and collaboration.
