Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 will be issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for BRAND NAME ONLY, Haag-Streit IM 910, an all-in-one PC, Haag-Streit Monitor Arm Imaging Accessory and Haag-Streit DICOM license for the VA San Francisco Care System located at 4150 Clement St, San Francisco, CA 94121. This RFQ will be set-aside for SMALL BUSINESS.

The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, size standard 1,000 employees.

The solicitation will be available on or about March 15, 2023 and will be distributed solely through the SAM/ Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov). The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about March 21, 2023 with responses due to Shelley Self at Shelley.Self2@va.gov.
