Description

This Notice is to alert the industry that the Logistics and Supply Chain Management Systems Services RFP, formerly Integrated Logistics Management Systems (ILMS), will be released on or about November 4, 2022. This requirement was previously posted under notice ID # 19AQMM21R0135. The new solicitation will be released under notice ID 19AQMM23R0003.



The Department of State intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP), 19AQMM23R0003, for the Logistics and Supply Chain Management Systems Services, the Department’s enterprise supply chain management program. Using a suite of integrated technologies, this requirement supports the requisition, procurement, warehousing, transportation, receipt, and tracking of goods and services, domestically and overseas. Similarly, the requirement supports the processing and management of federal assistance, fleet management, as well as diplomatic pouch and mail (DPM) service. In addition, it provides service management, allowing users to request Department-wide services, and facilitates the fulfillment of these services. Logisitics and Supply Chain Management System advances the Department’s mission by getting the right resources to the right place at the right time.



This will be solicited as a full and open competition resulting in a single award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract as defined in FAR 16.504 for non-commercial items. Department of State is encouraging all vendors to review the RFP and participate in the competition if interested.
