1. LOCATION: Defense Contract Audit Agency Ft. Belvoir, VA 22060.

1. OBJECTIVE: The Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) has a requirement to purchase subscription renewals for the publications listed in the attached product item description. The subscription renewal covers any new volumes, pamphlets, or inserts that come out. Please see attached product item description for further details.

The purpose of this notice is to determine if there are anyone out there that can provide everything that is listed in the attached product item description.

1. DESCRIPTION OF INFORMATION REQUESTED: All interested vendors with experience as outlined above and in the attached product item description must provide a capability statement that includes the following:

   2. GSA contract number
   
   
   3. NASA SEWP contract number
   
   
   4. Other government-wide contracts/numbers
   
   
   5. Socioeconomic status(es)
   
   
   6. CAGE code
   
   
   7. DUNS number
   
   
   8. Size of business relative to NAICS code
   
   
   9. Mailing address
   
   
   10. Name, telephone number, and email address for primary point of contact (POC) with the authority and knowledge to clarify responses with government representatives and can verify the demonstrated capabilities.
   
   
   11. Any questions or clarification requests regarding the requirement.
   
   
   
   

1. Any information provided by industry to the government as a result of this sources sought is strictly voluntary. Responses will not be returned. As a reminder, no entitlements to payment of any direct or indirect costs or changes to the government will arise as a result of vendor submission of responses or the government’s use of such information. The information obtained from industry responses to this notice may be used in the development of an acquisition strategy and a future RFP if applicable. The limit for all responses is 10 pages single-sided in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format with a maximum of 12-point font on an 8.5 x 11 page with margins of 1”.

Responses must be sent by 2pm EDT July 25, 2023. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure the email was received and is viewable.
