Description

1. Amendment 0003 to the solicitation is to add the following:

2. This is an open continuous solicitation with successive closing dates for the BUNKERS PACOM

Purchase Program. The Government anticipates receiving new requirements throughout the

performance period from March 1, 2022 to September 30, 2026. Therefore, solicitation SPE608-

21-R-0200 will remain open for any new line items to be solicited. As new requirements are

received, the Government will issue amendment(s) to the solicitation; with new closing dates for

the new requirements and afford all Offerors an opportunity to compete for the new line

items.”

3. Solicit Marine Gas Oil (MGO) requirement at Koror, Palau as follows:

a. This solicitation amendment 0003 offers are due by December 4, 2023 at 1:00 PM ET,

FORT BELVOIR, VIRGINIA, local time.

b. Add the following line item: Base reference Platts Gasoil FOB Spore Cargo POABC00 Daily

dated 11/09/23. The base reference price is $766.76 per MT.
