The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 15, Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) Contracting Office has a requirement to procure an Electric Forklift for delivery to Charleston SC CMOP. Please see below Statement of Requirements
The Product Code for this procurement is 3930 (Warehouse Trucks and Tractors, Self-Propelled) and the NAICS code for this solicitation is 333924 (Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer, and Stacker machinery Manufacturing). This is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All responsible SDVOSBs may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Description of Use: To be used and delivered to the Ladson, SC CMOP facility located at 4136 Carolina Commerce Parkway Ladson, SC 29456
This requirement is for a Brand Name or Equal product. This permits prospective contractors to offer products, regardless of brand, that meet the Minimum Technical Specifications listed below for the Clark Model ECX25.
