Description

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) executed a modification to Corporate Applications Life Cycle Support Program (CA-LCS) contract to extend the period-of-performance by up to six months (3-months plus three 1-month options) task order (TO) - GS35F239BA – HM0476-16-F-0003 to Quadrint, Inc on 11/25/2022. The task order was supported by a Limited Sources Justification under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(A) which is attached to this notice.



This task order will provide and continue to serve as the Application Service Provider and Infrastructure Service Provider (ASP/ISP) to ensure continuity of operations until the follow-on contract is awarded and transitioned to the follow-on vendor.
