This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C24423Q1102 and it is issued as a Request for Quotes. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested.
This solicitation is a Brand Name or Equal requirement for Infrared Camera Equipment.
The NAICS code is 333310 with a size standard of 750 employees.
Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price that is Technically Acceptable.
The Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center, Philadelphia, PA has a requirement for Infrared Camera Equipment as per the attached RFQ document. All items will be delivered to the facility located at 3900 Woodland Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19104. All communications regarding quotes, questions, etc., shall be submitted by email to Ron Kline (ronald.kline@va.gov) no later than 1:00 PM, EST on Wednesday, August 16, 2023. Phone calls will not be accepted. Quotes are due by email only no later than 2:00 pm, EST on Thursday, August 17, 2023.
