Virtual (online) Training



Prompt Payment Act (Prompt Payment and Voucher Examination)





GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Contractor to provide virtual delivery of the Prompt Payment Act (Prompt Payment and Voucher Examination) course for personnel assigned to the U.S. Coast Guard Finance Center, 1430 Kristina Way, Chesapeake, VA 23326.





INSTRUCTOR REQUIREMENTS: Contractor to provide resumes (not to exceed 2 pages) for a pool of 2-3 potential instructors, one of which will be presenting the course. Instructors must have a minimum of 3 years of practical Governmental experience in the application of subject material (not including academic or instructional experience).





SCOPE OF WORK:

This training should provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of requirements related to the Prompt Payment Act, including penalties of non-compliance. Course should be designed to enhance understanding of interest calculation as well as addressing late payments. This course should also provide policy, regulations and best practices related to the voucher examination process. In addition the course should include hands-on exercises related to voucher examination.
