REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES:

The FBI Academy at Quantico, Virginia has a twofold mission: to lead and inspire, through excellence in training and research, the education and development of FBI employees and the criminal justice community, and to influence change and forge partnerships that ensure the safety and security of the citizens of the United States and the world. To that end, the Creative Media Development Unit (CMDU) has a requirement to produce instructional media, live multicast events, animations, and other multi-media materials in order to accomplish this mission.

The FBI requires commercial services to provide additional technical production staff, actors, voice talent, equipment, set design and construction, web-hosting services, and other related video production and post-production services as needed.

The types of productions that may need support could be instructional videos, live multicast events, demonstration videos, scenarios, and other videos that may support classroom instruction.

The support requests may be small, medium, or large, requiring anywhere from one day to several months to complete. Both parties must agree upon the basis and requirements of each specific task before work begins.

NOTE: Attachment 1 - Video Production Labor Catergories is a list of potential labor catergories that could be required at any time at the Call Order level.

The Government's intention is to award a single award BPA with a one (1) year base period and five (5) exercisable option years. Multiple Call Orders will be cut from the awarded BPA as needed.
