The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has released a solicitation for the best value trade off re-competition of contract HDTRA1-17-C-0039 in support of Technical Support Group (TSG) / Nimble Elder Services. The official solicitation for this follow-on requirement is posted in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Portal. Instructions on how a business can obtain access to the Solicitation Portal in PIEE are included as an attachment (Enclosure 1) to this notification. All attachments pertinent to the recompete itself are located in the PIEE portal with the solicitation.





This requirement will be a 100% set aside for Small Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
