Description

This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the tasks for the contractor, to conduct research, development, and transition activities in support of measurement and development of Navy and United States Marine Corps leaders in the areas of personnel selection, leader development and training, assessment, and other complex cognitive skills. Entitled Solutions for Talent Assessment and Development (STAND), the tasks include developing leadership competency models, making recommendations for continuous improvement of the personnel selection process, developing decision science curriculum, generating mastery models, and creating assessments for improving feedback.
