Description


  1. DoDEA requires support to do the following:




    • Create a research-based best practices framework for an LDPP that equitably addresses the needs of DoDEA school-level and above-school-level educators, per PWS 1.2.4.

    • Design a 3-year School Administrator Program for new-to-role principals and assistant principals.

    • Design a 1-year Aspiring Leader Academy to prepare DoDEA teachers and above-school-level educators for instructional systems specialists, assistant principal and principal roles.

    • Design webinars and/or digital modules to support the School Administrator Leadership Program and the Aspiring Leader Academy on a quarterly basis.

    • Prepare DoDEA educational leaders to facilitate the School Administrator Leadership Program and the Aspiring Leader Academy.

    • Partner to plan, implement, evaluate, monitor, and sustain the two programs.
