The purpose of this amendment is to:
a. On Ramp additional vendors.
b. Update the Statement of Work (SOW) for additional locations.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
Evaluation Criteria: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
1. Technical Acceptability
2. Price The lowest priced offer will be evaluated for technical acceptability.
Therefore, each proposal will be evaluated first for lowest price/technical acceptable. If found technically acceptable award will be made without further consideration. If found technically unacceptable the government will evaluate the next lowest offer for technical acceptability until award can be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror. This will be a lowest price technically acceptable purchase.
Technical acceptability - at a minimum - will consist of meeting all characteristics, including those in the Technical Specifications Document and following the solicitation instructions.
INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS
Volume 1: Quote Quotes shall be provided on company letterhead, single page with company name, logo, address, Point of Contact, contact info,etc…. Cage Code, DUNS Number, Tax ID number and GSA Schedule Contract Number must be included, if applicable. All prospective offerors must be a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with the System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/porta 1/public/SAM. *****Not to exceed four(4) pages, double spaced, font size 12.
Volume 2: SF-1449 The SF-1449 signed. Pricing is determined at BPA call (order) level. The Government seeks additional discounts.
