The Virginia Army National Guard (VaARNG) will be conduct a Post-Moblization Yellow Ribbon for the 576th Engineer Utilities Detachment Battalion within a thirty (30) mile radius from Virginia Beach, Virginia, 23451, On March 24-26, 2023 for an estimated 140 attendeees, To conduct this event the 576th will require lodging, event space, audtion visual services, childcare services, catering services, and onsite parking.

The Governent intends to award a Firm-Fixe Price Contract resulting from the Request for Quote (RFQ). The associated North American Industrial Classifcation System (NASICS) code for this procurement is 721110, Hotels except Casino Hotels, and Motels.) The Product Service Code (PSC) is V231, (Transportation/Travel/RelocationTravel/Lodging/Recruitment: Lodging, Hotel/Motel), with a business size standard of $40,000,000.00. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-A-Side solicitation and only solicitation and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. This solicitation document and incorporated Provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition circular (FAC) 2023-01, dated December 30, 2022. The Government will not pay for costs associated with the preparation of a quote in response to this solicitation. Payment will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) application in accordance with DFARS 252.232- 7006, Wide Area Workflow Payment Instructions. Interested vendors agree to hold the prices in its quote firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for the closing of this RFQ. The anticipated award date for this action March 1, 2023.

Basis of Award The government intends to award to the responsive, responsible vendor whose quote is the lowest price and meets the requirement as stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government will review price quotes submitted for reasonable. The Government will review submissions of lodging and event space location, star ratings, catering menus, etc. to determine, as it is sole desecration, if the requirements of the PWCS can be met. This is an ALL or Nothing requirement.
