The solicitation will be a fixed-priced time charter with reimbursable elements, with a performance period of one (1) year base period and will be followed by two (2) 1-year option periods. The solicitation will require time charter of one (1) US flag, Jones Act-compliant, vessel to support general purpose ocean towing, salvage, and rescue operations in coastal and deep ocean areas, including navy unique deep submergence rescue operations. Anticipated lay days: on or about July 2024. The place/range of delivery is Virginia Beach, VA.
