Description
This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The purpose of this notice is to announce that the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 22), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22 is seeking contractors interested in providing a quote for: The Department of Veterans Affairs Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS) Sepulveda VA Medical Center and Los Angeles VA Clinic has a requirement for Generator Fuel Tank Lab Testing and Diesel Fuel Tank Polishing. NFPA-110 requires annual laboratory testing for Emergency Generator Fuel Storage tanks. The services shall comply with the Statement of Work (SOW), all VA, local, state, and Federal policies, and regulations.

General Requirements:
Laboratory test each Fuel Storage tank annually
Polish each fuel tank to remove all sediment and water from the fuel tank
Provide finial Polishing sample to VA staff to view with date and tank#
Provide Laboratory test report each Fuel Storage tank
Remove all water and sediment from each tank after polishing
Certification/Hazmat training required by the state of California
Provide pricing for a Base year with 4 Option Years

Solicitation shall be issued at a later date. The following NAICS code: 237120 and FSC code: J091 apply to this requirement.

This is a 100% Service Disabled Veterans Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. ALL SDVOSB s MUST BE CERTIFIED WITH THE GOVERNMENT. All interested parties must respond to the solicitation announcement. A response to this notice is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation.
