Description

DLA J355 Strategic Plans and Futures is considering expanding and/or altering its contract proposals to some suppliers in order to permit DLA to lease such suppliers’ technical data packages (TDPs). The intent is to allow DLA to contract with third-party suppliers for production based upon those TDPs in cases when the TDPs’ owners cannot meet DLA’s full demand.
