The United States Marine Corps Quantico Air Facility (MCAF) has a requirement for Flight Clearance and Air Traffic Control Maintenance services in support of air traffic operations to and from the United States Marine Corps Quantico Air Facility (MCAF), as well as enroute air traffic within the National Airspace System (NAS). These services fall under the S-3 Operations Department, MCAF Quantico, Virginia. MCAF Quantico executes "No-Fail" missions to support Marine Helicopter Squadron One (HMX-1) and Presidential airlift missions “BANNER”. These services have the critical responsibility to MCAF Quantico’s “No-Fail” missions, and military and civil pilots utilizing our systems and services within the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) NAS.
This RFI is for market research pertaining to a firm-fixed price in support of MCAF.
The requirement is being planned as a firm-fixed price with one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods.
The Contractor shall have the personnel to provide airfield services comparable to Marine Corps operations. This PWS describes the efforts and tasks that shall be performed by the contractor for tenant and transient aircraft.
The Contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, materials, travel, and other services required to satisfy the required capabilities and solutions. While this Performance Work Statement (PWS) identifies the functional categories, the suite of resulting task orders, if applicable, is intended to satisfy a full range of related requirements. These requirements are mission essentials. The contractor shall provide all services comparable with NAVAIR 00-80T-124.
