NASA/GSFC plans to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for delivery of HD-5 liquid propane to NASA's (3) 60,000-gallon propane tanks located near the N-159 hangar on Wallops Flight Facility's Main Base campus and to each of the 16 small propane tank systems on the island campus of the facility. The only tanks NASA owns are the (3) 60,000-gallon propane tanks, the 16 smaller tanks will be installed and maintained by the contractor.



The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.



The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 32410 and 1,500 employees, respectively.



The anticipated release date of the IFB is on or about June 16, 2023 with an anticipated offer due date of on or about July 7, 2023.



All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
