1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
1.A. Project Title: Enclosed Transport Carts for Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System
1.B. Project Location: Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System / West LA Dietetics, 11301 Wilshire Blvd. Bldg 605, Los Angeles, CA 90073.
1.C. Solicitation Type -Number: Request for Quotes (RFQ) -36C26223Q0570.
1.D. Set Aside: This solicitation is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Concerns IAW Public Law 109-461, 38 USC Section 8127.
1.E. Applicable NAICS code: 333241
1.F. Small Business Size Standard: 500 Employees
1.G. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price
