Interested vendors shall be capable of providing a manufacturer s warranty and free on-board delivery to the Department of Veterans Affairs, Bath VA Medical Center 76 Veterans Ave Bath, NY 14810-0810.
The Veterans Health Administration prohibits the use of gray market items in their Medical Centers. Gray market items are considered to be items outside of the original equipment manufacturer s intended distribution channels.

Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing via email to Morgan.Weeks1@va.gov and must be received not later than June 26, 2023, at 10:00 AM. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
