Synopsis: SOURCES SOUGHT, Virginia Air National Guard



The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential Small Business sources interested in offering a quote for the requirement. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested Small Business parties should respond.



192d Mission Support Group intends to issue a solicitation for an Aircraft Tug with the following capabilities: Towing capacity: 60,000kg / 132,000lbs MTOW; Lifting capacity: 5,000kg / 11,000lbs; wireless remote controlled; 360° turntable maneuverability, product training.



All interested Small Business concerns are requested to provide this office, in writing, a notification no later than 12:00 p.m. EST on 3 May 2023. The notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include:





1) A positive statement of intent to quote/bid as a prime contractor;



2) A completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form





In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this requirement, it may be advertised as unrestricted. Information shall be provided via email to: orlando.loaiza.1@us.af.mil. Include the following in the subject line, “Sources Sought W50S9B23Q0010”. Facsimile responses will not be accepted.
