Combined Synopsis/Solicitation
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C24423Q0715 and it is issued as a Request for Quotes. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested.
This solicitation is a Brand Name requirement for Phillips product.
The NAICS code is 339112 with a size standard of 750 employees.
Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price that is Technically Acceptable.
The VA Healthcare Center Philadelphia has a requirement for Ventilator assemblies as per the attached RFQ document. All items will be delivered to the facility located at 3900 Woodland Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19104. All communications regarding quotes, questions, etc., shall be submitted by email to Ron Kline (ronald.kline@va.gov) no later than 1:00 PM, EST on Wednesday, April 26, 2023. Phone calls will not be accepted. Quotes are due by email only no later than 12:00 noon, EST, on Monday, May 1, 2023.
