SOLICITATION NOTICE for Waste-Water Treatment Plant Operation Services

ATTENTION TO OFFEROR

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Office of Procurement and Contracting Commercial Support Services Branch (DOL-931) invites you to submit an offer to provide Waste-Water Treatment Plant Operation Services at USCG SFO Eastern Shore located in Chincoteague Island, VA with a base period beginning on or about 01 May 2024 through 30 April 2025, with four 12-month option periods, if exercised by the Government ending 30 April 2029. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-06 Effective date: 05 October 2023.

This requirement is issued as a 100% Small Business set aside.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code that applies to this Request for Quote (RFQ) is 221320 (Sewage Treatment Facilities) and its size standard is $35M.

PSC: M1ND (Operation of Sewage and Waste Facilities).

Service Category Covered: Waste-Water Treatment Plant Operation Services.

Extent of Competition: This solicitation will be based on fair opportunity procedures.

Place of Performance: Services will be performed at the United States Coast Guard Sector Field Office Eastern Shore located in Chincoteague Island, VA.
