1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, intends to solicit quotes for Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) Solution, for the Seattle VA Medical Center, Seattle, WA. A Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is 36C26023Q0643.
2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 325412 (Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing), and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees. This procurement will be competed as Unrestricted.
3. The intended contract will be for a base plus four one-year option period purchase order.
