GENERAL INFORMATION:

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to procure Virtual Learning Kits for Crucial Conversation for Mastering Dialogue for Healthcare, BRAND NAME OR EQUAL.

b) Course must include skills taught leading to engagement and teamwork, equity and inclusion and ideation and innovation, quality and safety and decision making.

c) This procurement is seeking virtual learning kits for in person teaching by a certified trainer within the VA. The course must offer trainer certification for an internal leader to facilitate in person or virtual course to VA employees. The certification course must be virtual.

d) Learning kit must include the following:

Digital copy of Crucial Conversations
Digital course completion certificate
Six Weeks of ongoing learning access
