GENERAL INFORMATION:

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to procure Virtual Learning Kits for Crucial Conversation for Mastering Dialogue for Healthcare, BRAND NAME OR EQUAL.

c) This procurement is seeking virtual learning kits for in person teaching by a certified trainer within the VA. The course must offer trainer certification for an internal leader to facilitate in person or virtual course to VA employees. The certification course must be virtual.

Digital copy of Crucial Conversations
Digital course completion certificate
Six Weeks of ongoing learning access
