The Government is exploring a potential need for the training outlined below:
Scope: The purpose of this is training services from an outside vendor for candidates to receive training required to determine the effectiveness of training provided/received throughout the shipyard and evaluating the return on investment of given training.
Specifications: The service description in this agreement reflects the characteristics essential to the minimum needs of the United States Government. Includes, but not limited to:
- Vendor shall provide all course material.
- After this training, participants will be able to: objectively determine where to allocate training resources to create the most business impact; create an effective program Blended Evaluation Plan that maximizes business results and minimizes resources employed; recognize the differences between effective training and training effectiveness. Ultimately, training recipients will be able to ensure that what the shipyard is teaching its employees is transferring to positive on-the-job behaviors.
The Government requests that interested parties send in a capability statement no longer than 3 pages outlining how they are equip to satisfy the training requirements listed above.
